A care plan is a defined maintenance service, not open-ended technical support. Covered checks are scheduled, important activity is recorded and work outside the plan is explained before any additional charge is agreed.

    Automated website backups are monitored so a failed backup can be investigated before recovery is needed.

    Uptime monitoring helps identify when the website becomes unavailable, although no provider can prevent every outage.

Content, design, development, SEO, malware recovery and unrelated repairs are quoted separately. Complex, ecommerce, membership and compromised websites need individual assessment.

Rolling monthly service with no fixed minimum term. Cancellation requires one calendar month's written notice. Service and billing continue during the notice period, and fees already paid are not refunded or credited for unused days, except where required by law or to correct a duplicate or supplier-error charge. When cancelling, you can choose to retain standalone Trilogy Unlimited hosting or end both care and hosting. Read the Website Care Service Agreement (PDF).

Do not place a second hosting order. We will check the website, confirm which care plan is suitable and explain how your existing hosting and billing will be handled before anything changes.

Hosted elsewhere?

Move the website without guessing about email.

Website hosting, domain registration, DNS and email are separate services. Trilogy Web Solutions records each dependency and normally leaves existing email arrangements unchanged unless an email migration is separately agreed.

Clear boundaries

Questions worth answering before you join.

Does website care guarantee that my website will never go down?

No. Monitoring and maintenance reduce risk and help problems get noticed, but no provider can honestly guarantee that every outage, attack or third-party failure will be prevented.

Are content changes included?

No. Content changes are estimated and approved separately. Keeping them outside the plans avoids unclear allowances and keeps the service boundaries fair.

Can I buy hosting without website care?

Yes. Trilogy Lite, Medium and Unlimited remain available as standalone hosting plans for customers who prefer to manage their own website.

Does Unlimited hosting mean unlimited website care?

No. The hosting allowance and care service are different. Each subscription covers one named website and only the checks and maintenance listed in the chosen plan.

Can any WordPress website join?

No. Every website is assessed. Unsupported software, malware, complex custom code, ecommerce and membership functionality may require remedial work or an individual care proposal.
